Plot:

It's the future, and teens spend a lot of time getting wasted, arrested, and/or logging street cred notches on the paint of someone else's car. And that's during the day.

The government sets up a nonprofit, Youthcorps, to combat this escalating trend in adolescent misbehavior. Individual companies sponsor individual teams, some more successful than others at hiding their cigarettes and pirated hologram box sets of bad soap operas on the spaceships they use to complete missions for charity or big donors. Each team is assigned a set value of members on the basis of the mysterious "Morality Index", which uses data collected by the government to create a profile of how likely a given teen is to steal, break things, or bully others.

Although all Youthcorps teams must subscribe to the mission statement of Youthcorps--improving themselves, working toward a better future, doing community service--they are graded for performance in the missions they complete across space, and thus, a few teams capture most attention and sponsorships, leading the less popular or visible ones to finance themselves from small donors, fundraising events, and probably getting involved with bad people who want to clean up their public image by putting a coin into something.

And one of those teams is the crew of a green ship called the Libra One. 

The L1 Team:

Ryukhin (Mechanic) - Age 20
Ryukhin is Natasha's older brother. He only participates on some missions because of his part-time jobs.
 

Itachi (Manager) - Age 30
Itachi is the Manager of the L1 Team, and unlike his father who owns the company, he has no time for bullshit. Unfortunately, he also lacks his brother Dakki's cheerfulness.
